landers, frary & clark percolator I have a landers, frary & clark percolator, Universal No. E91816. First patent is May 22 '94 and last is Feb. 25 '19 - D.R.G.M. No.271098. It has a copper finish and is a deco style. Can anyone tell me about it?
Re: landers, frary & clark percolator Did you ever get a response from your request about the Landers Pot?
I just got one at a yard sale, Mod#E91759 - Pat July 281925.
If you got an answer from someone about yours, maybe it would be close to value on mine too?
Let me know if you get this.
Thanks!
Re: landers, frary & clark percolator Hi, I have a very old Pyrex percolator, with an oil(kerosene) reservior in the bottom, and a spout which turns on and off in order to get the coffee. It has three legs and two handles. It may hold about 6 cup(?), the glass of the percolator says Pyrex and the bottom of the oil reservior says Pat'd March 20 '06 July 17,06 The basket reads Universal Percolator Landers, Frary, Clark New Britain Conn. USA Pat'd May 22, 94. May 11, '97. July 12 '98. May 22, '06. July 16, '07. Grind, coffee medium, fine #406 I would like to know how rare this is might be. It seems to be made of silver. It's tarnished to a blackish finish.
Is this similar to what you have? And were you able to find any information on this? I've searched the web for hours now trying to get any information about this pot and cannot find it anywhere. I'd really appreciate if you could get back to me and just let me know if you were able to get any info. Thank you so much.
Re: landers, frary & clark percolator Wendy have the same coffee pot which is sliver. I too have searched for a value with no luck. Did you ever get a responce to yuor inquiry.
Re: Info Needed: 1906 silver coffee pot; Landers Frary & Clark I have the exact same one with the exact same serial number. It's value was found from me over 6 months ago when I purchased it. I forget where, but it's value was around $125.00 I beleive. As for the site or book it does not come to me right now, as I dug mine out of a box and looked for about a week to find a cord, I found one today and am going to do more research then put it on ebay. I tested it and it works great. If you want get back to me, I will find out all the facts on this soon enough. Thanks, Allen
Re: Info Needed: 1906 silver coffee pot; Landers Frary & Clark I found out the info in less than 5 minutes...Dang...I'm good. It is listed in Mary Frank Gastons Antique Copper Book. 1985 The complete set which consists of a copper sugar and creamer, a tray then the perculator, coverover perculator, lid, a pot goes for over $400.00. Ok so the problem is solved. Have a good night. Allen

Re: landers, frary & clark percolator I have a silver plated coffee percolator that uses the same oil burning heater. I'm trying to figure out if there is supposed to be a wick in the heating element. There is a screw that moves a sheath up and down over a metal piece with holes in it, but no wick. Any ideas on how to work this? does it need a wick?
Re: landers, frary & clark percolator Hi,
I have one of thes Landers, Frary and Clark percolators too. Not sure of the exact date of manufacture, but it's old. Says "Universal" on the bottom "E9369". Anyone have any idea where I can find out the value of this thing, and/or where to sell it?

Re: landers, frary & clark percolator I have a chrome plated 3 legged electric percolator with cream and sugar bowles. It sound the same as you described with the spiggot and ivory colored handles and turner on the spiggot. The number on the bottom of mine is different from yours it is "E 7817A". There is nothing like it on Ebay. I am going to keep looking for an answer as to it's age and worth.

Re: landers, frary & clark percolator Marti,
Re: landers, frary & clark percolator Hello,
Just read your post and I have the exact same percolator and just wondering if you were ever able to establish a price.
Thanks
Re: landers, frary & clark percolator Have one with same dates D.R.G.M. No. 271098 but it is electric and the cord plugs into a light socket.
Info needed: Landers Frary & Clark I have an F9179 Universal percolator Landers, Frary and Clark with the cord. Stands on three legs. no pour spout. Has a spigot. Does anyone know anything about it? It seems aluminum.
Re: landers, frary & clark percolator It's not an aluminum finish its actually silver plated nickel, i have th Same one and its worth over 4,000$ I called an auction hall to find out the price he siad he auctioned off one from, and 1938 and got 4,500$ so ours would be even more valuable...
Re: landers, frary & clark percolator I have what sounds like it might be the same set. I am not sure how to find out more about it. On the bottom it has several dates of patents, starting with Oct. 8, 1912 or 1913 and going up to Sep. 9, 1924. The set includes the percolator, with a blue glass top, a serving tray and what appears to be a sugar bowl and creamer. (it is missing the electrical cord). Did you ever get any information on how to price it?
Re: landers, frary & clark percolator I would love to talk to the auction house you refer to. I found a museum that knows quite a lot about the percolators that we both have. The address is The New Britain Industrial Museum, New Britain, Ct. 06051. I sent pictures of mine to this museum and she said she thinks it is a 1928 product. She sent me a page from Landers, Frary and Clarks 1928 catalog, which shows a set that looks very much like mine. Have you got anyone that has made you an offer?
Re: landers, frary & clark percolator no but i would please write back david old school haircut hotmail . com
Re: landers, frary & clark percolator It appears I have one similar and it shows to be from the 1912-13's made in Connecticut. It has a spout and two handles on the sides. with 3 legs. can someone help me with price.
